conduct of any judge sentence in Hindi

Parliament is not empowered to discuss the conduct of any Judge of the Supreme Court or of a High Court in the discharge of his duties except in the case of a motion for presenting an address to the President praying for the removal of a Judge -LRB- article 121 -RRB- .
संसद को अधिकार नहीं है कि वह उच्चतम न्यायालय अथवा उच्च न्यायालय के किसी न्यायाधीश के कर्तव्यपालन संबंधी उसके आचरण के बारे में चर्चा कर सके सिवाय उस स्थिति के जब किसी न्यायाधीश को हटाए जाने की प्रार्थना करने वाला कोई समावेदन राष्ट्रपति के सम्मुख प्रस्तुत किया जाए ( अनुच्छेद 121 ) .
